OMS Patch 29231282 Failed Because Sub-patch 29048843 Is Incompatible With Components Installed. (Doc ID 2511809.1)

Symptoms

Applying Plugin Patch 29048843 to 13.3 OMS failed with below error.

The following sub-patches are incompatible with components installed in the OMS system:
29048843

Deployment summary:

The following artifact(s) have failed in deployment:

  SQL rcu_applypatch_original_patch_2019-02-25_12-02-17PM.log


OMSPatcher failed to execute some of the patching steps. Please check the Patching summary,individual logs and
try to resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved,Please execute below script to complete patching session:
"/<Middleware Home>/.omspatcher_storage/oms_session/scripts_2019-02-25_12-00-17PM/run_script_singleoms_resume.sh"

OMSPatcher wont allow any other patching operations unless the script is executed successfully

When executed run_script_singleoms_resume.sh from above location, it failed with below error
