When checking the nls_language or nls_territory initialization parameters from "\Oracle Database\Configuration\Latest configuration" it is observed that they are not the same as in the \Administration\ Initialization Parameters menu.

Also, querying the MGMT$DB_INIT_PARAMS_ALL it is showing the same behavior.
