EM13c : Corrective Action "AddSpaceToTablespace" Fails With "Tablespace name is required" (Doc ID 2513577.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Create a Metric Extension (ME) to verify database tablespace usage.
Add the Corrective Action (CA) 'AddSpaceToTablespace' to the ME.

The CA gets invoked, but the CA job fails with "Tablespace name is required" and the following error is observed in CA job output log:
