Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control
Two OMS's are configured behind a Server Load Balancer
BIP console login fails with any user with the message below:
Failed To Log In To BI Publisher Using The Credentials Provided During Configuration
A similar is logged in <OMS instance base>/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/BIP/logs/BIP.out file:
