EM 12c, EM 13c: All Disk Devices Are Not Showing Under DiskActivity Metricgroup in Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control, navigate: Host ---> Monitoring --> All Metrics, click on Disk Activity metricgroup showing only 16 disk devices:
<Agent Instance Base>/agent_inst/bin/emctl getmetric agent <Target HOST NAME>,host,DiskActivity
On the server, executing the 'iostat -x' command displays 424 disk devices in the output.
Examining the Host Monitoring Configuration, shows the following message:
