Em Express Throws Error Message Login_Fail_Accessibility and Fail to parse data returned by server error (Doc ID 2540271.1)

Symptoms

EM Express is showing the pop up message "LOGGIN_FAIL_ACCESSIBILITY" and continued by " Fail to parse data returned by server" error.

Firefox (64 bit) 65.0.2 with Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0 is not able to show the EM Express pages.

Firefox shows Error Login_Fail_Accesibility before allowing to login.

After the login it shows error: Fail to parse the data returned by server.
