Symptoms

When applying the Patch 29477084 [ em db plugin bundle patch 13.2.2.0.190331 (Agent Monitoring) ] on target Agent Server, it gives the following error:

WARN - improper ping interval (EM_PING_NOTIF_RESPONSE: ERROR- Failed to Update Target Type Metadata)
