Goal
All customers using the Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) tools Test Manager (OTM) or Load Tester (OLT) versions 12.5.0.3, 13.1.0.1, 13.2.0.1, or 13.3.0.1 need to patch the Weblogic Server instance that OATS installs.
Additionally, an Oracle Flow Builder (OFB) patch has now been released, and it is available on My Oracle Support without a password, <Patch 30733056>: OATS 13.3.0.1 OFB Jan 2020 CPU
