FLEET: UPDATE_GI/UPDATE_SIHA Command Switch Fails With Error "CLSRSC-41: No value passed for group name" (Doc ID 2564993.1)

Symptoms

When you are attempting to execute the UPDATE_GI/UPDATE_SIHA Commands Fails in Switch Clusterware Instance step With Error "CLSRSC-41: No value passed for group name".

 Command Snippet:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="UpGI" -purpose=UPDATE_GI -target_list='xxxx' -target_type='cluster' -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN"

Check Passed.

Check image subscription passed.

Operation 'Update GI' created successfully.

Update operation for cluster target xxxx can be monitored using:

 $GRID_HOME/rdbms/lib/config.c doesn't have correct dba groups.
