EM13c ASM Target Showing Incorrect Disk Group State when FLEX ASM is used (Doc ID 2570037.1)

In a FLEX ASM environment, the diskgroups are incorrectly shown as DISMOUNTED. Also, the underlying metric is showing them down:

However, the diskgroups are working fine on the designated nodes in a FLEX ASM environment:

This is because the ASM is actually running on 3 out of the 4 nodes (which is a normal behavior in a FLEX ASM setup).
