Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Transfer AWR operation fails while transferring the file step.

Error stack observed:

ERROR: Invalid username and/or password Error while streaming JobReader:java.io.IOException: Stream closed LOG: Local Authentication Failed...Attempt PAM authentication...PAM failed with error: Authentication failure
