Symptoms

Executing 'emctl secure oms' command with new wallets (created for renewal) fails with an error:

emctl secure oms -host <hostname> -secure_port 1159 -slb_port 1159 -slb_console_port 443 -slb_jvmd_https_port 7301 -trust_certs_loc /oracle/security/em/trusted_certs.txt -wallet /oracle/security/em/

$../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/secure.log reports following error:
