Symptoms

The System Error page at https://omshost:omsport/em/console/health/healthSystemError is reporting these errors from several RAC database targets:

EM.ECM N/A Oct 1, 2018 7:58:33 AM Error Preload: Unexpected error when loading configuration shard_config_summary for target 'myracdatabase' of type rac_database (target guid = aa11dd22fg44445566aaff555): ORA-01403: no data found
