Symptoms
When deploying a new Metric Extension (ME) onto a target, the operation will fail with the following message:
Invalid agent or user YYY does not have View privileges for agent. JBO-INVALID_TARGET: Invalid target 47ABED3A15A342D1F3701AC31A915E8E
Deploying the Metric Extension as a Superadministrator will be successful. The YYY user (in our example here) has the "Manage Any Target Metric" and "Create Metric Extension" privileges already granted.
