Symptoms

 The Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control Agent creates the following directories in /tmp periodically:


$ ls -ltr  /tmp
drwxr-xr-x 2 <user_name> <group_name>      60  Sep 17 16:12 OraInstall2019-09-17_04-12-41PM
drwxr-xr-x 2 <user_name> <group_name>      60  Sep 17 16:15 OraInstall2019-09-17_04-14-43PM
drwxr-xr-x 2 <user_name> <group_name>      60  Sep 17 16:15 OraInstall2019-09-17_04-15-52PM
drwxr-xr-x 2 <user_name> <group_name>      60  Sep 19 11:28 OraInstall2019-09-19_11-28-22AM

Same issue reported in 13.2 environments also.
