EM13c: Missing Menu Items for PDB Target After Deploying The 13.3.2 Database Plugin

Symptoms
After deploying the 13.3.2.0.0 Database plugin, some menu items were no longer available for PDB Targets.
Examples:
Navigate to EM Console --> Targets --> Databases --> Click on a PDB target:
1. Schema --> Database Export/Import menu item is no longer available
2. Availability --> only Backup & Recovery entry is shown
3. Availability --> Backup & Recovery --> Schedule Backup. This shows less options thus preventing to backup with archives etc.
