EM 13C : OMSPatcher Fails With RCU-6091:Component name/schema prefix validation failed. (Doc ID 2610456.1)

Symptoms

Application of the OMS Patch using OMSPatcher on any version of OMS 13.1/13.2/13.3 fails with the following error, even though the sysman password is correct:

Changes
