Symptoms

Recently updated user password in WebLogic Domain.
User is getting locked due to the password being incorrect when used for monitoring in WebLogic Domain in EM.

When updating the user's new password, this error is displayed:

 When a Refresh of the WebLogic Domain is performed, this error is displayed when finding targets:
