Symptoms

There are numerous symptoms that the database charset is unsupported. They include, but are not limited to:

- Oracle Test Manager (OTM) database upgrade failure
- OTM or Oracle Load Tester (OLT) login failures, when correct password is entered
- OTM text (particularly foreign language characters) are not displayed correctly
