EM 13c: DB Performance SQL Monitoring Tab Not Showing SQL information

Symptoms
- In EM 13.3 Cloud Control, SQL Monitoring tab not showing SQL information follow the below:
From EM console,
Targets --> Databases --> Click on any DB target,
Performance --> Top Activity --> Choose any SQL_ID and click on it
Here SQL Monitoring tab is inactive instead of showing SQL information.
