Fleet Maintenance UPDATE_RACDB is giving the following error:

Destination home not found. Possible causes are
 (a) the Oracle home was not deployed in case you're trying to do a update.
 (b) In case the Oracle home has been cleaned up in case you're trying to do a cleanup.
 (c) Upgrade database is incomplete in case of rollback rac database.
Already running on the same Oracle Home.
