Symptoms

 In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control , When trying to secure the agent using emcli it fails with Error: Credential set not found

Command Snippet

$ emcli secure_agent -agent_name="xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx:xxxx" -registration_pwd="xxxxxxx" -credential_setname="TESTFORRESTARTAGENT"
The Secure operation is in progress for the Agent: xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx:xxxxx
Credential set not found.
