EM Fusion Middleware Control Show Incorrect Oracle HTTP Server Unavailable Status of State, Port, Component Name, and Machine Name Due to Missing Mbeans (Doc ID 2642308.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise manager Fusion Middleware control (fmwc) showing incorrect Unavailable for Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) status for Component Name, Machine Name, State, and Ports.



Normally if OHS is either Running or Shutdown the four metrics should show valid values.
Additionally the metric also depend on nodemanager(nm):
-nm stopped,                        ohs:State=Unknown
-nm started and ohs stopped, ohs:State=Shutdown
-nm started and ohs started,   ohs:State=Running
