Symptoms

EM 13.3 agent is raising ORA-24327 error on emagent_perl.trc file.

here DBSNP password is correct, due to above error in agent logs created incident Connection for monitoring user DBSNMP failed with error ORA-24327: need explicit attach before authenticating a user (DBD ERROR: OCISessionBegin)
