Symptoms

When accessing the Job screen (Enterprise -> Jobs) this message is displayed

Migration of data relevant to Jobs submitted before upgrade is in progress. Jobs submitted before upgrade can be seen from Classic View. Switch to Classic View.

Changes

This is happening after a recent Cloud Control upgrade from 12c to 13c.
