13.4: ADF_FACES-60097 & ADF_FACES-60096 when Expanding Container Database Properties Information (Doc ID 2657594.1)

Symptoms

From 13.4.0.0.0 Enterprise Manager Cloud control Console, attempting to expand the arrow beside the container database label generates the following error:

Following steps reproduces the error all the time:

1. Console > Targets > Databases -> Choose any container database -> on CDB Home page, Expand the small arrow beside the CDB target name

$../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc file contains the following errors:
