When accessing the OEM Console:   https:// <OEM_HOST>:<OEM_PORT>/em

Getting the following error in the Browser

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
