EM13c: Discovering A PDB Database For GSM Catalog Database Is Not Listing In Target Type (Doc ID 2660851.1)

Symptoms

 In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Console, While adding a GDS (Global Data Services) Catalog Database and Search list shows only Cluster Database and Database Instance options and not PDB database option.

Setup --> Add Targets --> Add Targets Manually --> Add Using Guided Process --> Select the Guided Discovery 'Global Data Services' --> 'Add' list below screenshot of options.
