Symptoms

In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, Network Configuration Files Like tnsnames.ora,sqlnet.ora,ldap.ora Files Are Not Copied To New Home. This is applicable only for upgrade of databases scenarios.

Command Snippet :

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Update RAC DB" -purpose=UPDATE_RACDB -target_type=rac_database -target_list="<TARGET_NAME>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN"
Processing target "<TARGET_NAME>"...

Check Passed.

Check image subscription passed.
Operation 'Update RAC DB' created successfully.
Patching operation for RAC database <TARGET_NAME> can be monitored using:
