Symptoms
Login to EM cloud control console > Navigate to Cluster DB home page > Monitoring > "Metric and Collection Settings" page, the following message is shown:

<AGENT_HOSTNAME>:<AGENT_PORT> - Unable to connect to the agent at https://<AGENT_HOSTNAME>:<AGENT_PORT>/emd/main/ [Too many open files]
