EM13c: Checkbox Missing for "External Role" While Creating Role With Same Name as Group in AD (Doc ID 2662414.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager Cloud Contol is authenticated with Active Directory (AD) successfully and users are able to login with their account.
The user names appear in Setup -> Security -> Administrators with authentication type SSO. The target privileges can be edited to specific groups so the users can only view their own domains.

While trying to create role with the same name as the External Group in AD, the checkbox of "External Role" is not available in EM.
