Symptoms


In Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM) Cloud Control Console, job status values are not matching between incident rules  and job system level in job activity page.

incident rule level: available job status details:

[ ] problems
[ ] suspended
[ ] scheduled
[ ] Action Required
[ ] Succeeded
[ ] running


job activity page:

Status:

1. Succeeded
2. Problems
 [ ] Error
 [ ] Failed
 [ ] Stopped
 [ ] Skipped
 [ ] Reassigned
 [ ] Credentials Missing

3 Active
 [ ] Scheduled
 [ ] Running
 [ ] Action Required
 [ ] Suspended
