EM 12c, 13c: How CRS Resource Alerts Works And How to Disable Them (Doc ID 2675998.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control, the Cluster target reports Metric Collection Errors alerts.

EM alerts are raised for the cluster state change metric:

CRSeOns:Failed processing after 6332 retries, dropping the event eons event


or

The current status of CRS Resources is OFFLINE. But the events are created for 'CRS Resource Status Change' metric saying that these resources are OFFLINE, which should not be the case as this is actual state of the resource.
