EM 13c: Metric Extension Details Do Not Show in Group Dashboard Customize List (Doc ID 2678531.1)

Symptoms

A metric extension was created and deployed to Database group target.
When navigating to Targets menu -> Groups -> (right click on group) -> Members -> Dashboard->  click Customize -> Edit, The list of available Column does not show the Metric Extension columns
