Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control,when securing OMS with third party certificates, it fails with below error:
$ emctl secure oms -wallet /u01/em/wallets -trust_certs_loc /u01/trusted_certs.txt

Check the log /gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/secure.log
