Information in this document applies to any platform.
Intermittently the scheduled jobs (one every day at midnight) to collect artifacts from MOS or ARU fails because of connection glitches to the respective services.
Only one instance of the "Refresh From My Oracle Support" job can be run at a time.
The running job will update the Management Repository with the latest catalog data, you can however try to schedule/run the job at a later time.
Scheduled jobs are as follows:

After applying the patch for bug 31233849 to restore OMS to MOS connectivity issues.
