Frequent ORA-1652 seen in the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Repository Database (Doc ID 2686736.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Control repository database is showing a lot of ORA-1652 errors, such as:

ORA-1652: unable to extend temp segment by 256 in tablespace TEMP [

The repository database is installed in a PDB and the sizing is done correctly as described in:
