Symptoms

In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, UPDATE_RACDB is failing in update properties step with error "su: Permission denied"

Command Snippet:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="update" -purpose=UPDATE_RACDB -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -Normal_credential="WELCOME:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="WELCOME-ROOT:SYSMAN"
