In Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c,
Metric information such as tablespace utilization is not displayed from All Metrics.

For example, "All Metrics"-"Tablespace Allocation"-"Tablespace Used Space (MB)", "No data to display" is displayed.
