EM13c : How To Update A New DB Target With Already Deployed Oracle Home? (Doc ID 2690826.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM) Cloud Control, With Fleet Maintenance if several database targets are planned to update to same ORACLE_HOME one at a time, unable to update the database targets to image due to below errors.

For example:

DB1 database targets is completed with UPDATE_DB operation on a destination ORACLE_HOME.

Another DB target (DB2) to be planned to update to the same destination ORACLE_HOME
