Goal

 OEM 13c: How to remove Ethernet/Infiniband Fabric targets from OEM Cloud Control ?

 Sometimes these targets are stuck in Status Pending (Post Blackout) and the target status will not change and nor these targets can be deleted from OEM console. There may also be a need to remove these targets as they no longer need to  be monitored.
