EM 13c Fleet Maintenance: Newly Created Gold Image Does Not Show The Latest Patches Applied in describeImage Verb Output (Doc ID 2696639.1)

Symptoms

After creating a gold image from a reference database which has applied with latest July 2020 Patches, it is not listing the patches within the image description.

$emcli db_software_maintenance -describeImage -image_id=<ImageID>

Above command, doesn't show the latest patches applied.

From EM Console, latest patches are shown as applied on Oracle Home Target page.
