Notice of deprecation for select Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Connectors.
Scope
Deprecated Connectors
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control provides vendor specific management connectors to forward event and ticketing information to 3rd party management systems.
Beginning November 1, 2020, the following management connectors will be deprecated and desupported.
A later version of the same management connectors compatible with Enterprise Manager 13c are available for download from Self Update.
• CA Service Desk Connector 12.1.0.x.0
• HP Operations Manager Unix Connector 12.1.0.x.0
• IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIBus Connector 12.1.0.x.0
• Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 Connector 12.1.0.x.0
Supported Connectors
The following connectors will continue to be supported since they do not have a 13.x release equivalent.
These management connectors have been certified with Enterprise Manager 13.x releases.
• HP Service Manager 9 Connector 12.1.0.1.0
• Remedy Service Desk 7.6 Connector 12.1.0.3.0
• ServiceNow Connector 12.1.0.1.0
