Symptoms


EM13c | patch install_time on MGMT$OH_PATCH view shows null

Agents in all regions, on few APAC hosts oracle_home targets show patch install_time as null from the same host for agent home it shows patch install time but not for oracle and grid homes.

Running metric collections for oracle_home target shows messages like below.

Skipping time conversion because Timezone HKT is unknown
