Symptoms

Enterprise Manager 13c OMS Migration failed with below error while running the command 

./omsca new -EM_DOMAIN_NAME GCDomain2 -NM_USER nodemanager -AS_USERNAME weblogic -REP_CONN_STR "<REPOSITORY_CONNECTION_STRING>" -nostart
