Symptoms

EM 13.4
Patching 12.2 Database runnning on windows server using fleet maintenance.
Update db command failed with the below error:

emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="UPGRADE" -purpose=UPDATE_DB -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target name>" -normal_credential="<name:owner>" -privilege_credential="<name:owner>"

Mon Sep 28 18:11:09 2020 - Running command C:\<DB_HOME_PATH>\bin\dbua.bat -silent -ignorePreReqs -sid DB12 -oracleHome C:\<DB_HOME_PATH> to move database <target db name> to patched Oracle Home
Logs directory: C:\<DB_HOME_PATH>\cfgtoollogs\dbua\upgrade2020-09-28_06-11-10-PM
[FATAL] [DBT-20004] OS authentication is disabled. Specify the corresponding SYSDBA credentials.
