Symptoms

EM 13.2 With 13.2.2 DB Plugin
Applied "11.2.0.4.191015" PSU patch on RAC database home but its being shown as "11.2.0.4.190416" on the below page in EM:
Console -> Targets -> Databases -> Target Version
