Symptoms

EM Cloud Control 13.4
Using Provision Oracle RAC Database to install software only of version 19.8.0.0.200714 on Exadata machine 
Transfer Common Module fails with below error:

Commmnd name is /tmp//RAC-XXXXX/rootScripts/dbprov/dispatcher.pl
Second argument is transferCommonModule
second last args is transferCommonModule "NA" "<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0"[4-1]
Command Name is: /tmp//RAC-XXXXX/rootScripts/dbprov/dispatcher.pl
Directory is /tmp
Command Name: /tmp//RAC-XXXXX/rootScripts/dbprov/dispatcher.pl
