Symptoms

While running the Fleet Maintenance UPDATE_DB operation, the following error my be encountered: 

**** GET ORACLE HOME INFO END ******

installed oracle home is : /u01/app/oracle/dbhome_1

version is : 12.2.0.1.0
 Oracle Home is /u01/app/oracle/dbhome_2
 CDB Property is: false
Listener Target for Database is :null
Listener property name is : null

 Error Setting the Computed VariablesnullExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.
