Enterprise Manager 13.4 Cloud Control New Agent Install on AIX: Script root.sh Fails On Run - All Jobs Go Into SUSPENDED State (Doc ID 2733260.1)

Symptoms

EM13.4

Fresh install of EM agent on AIX server version 7.1

Symptom 1:

All scheduled OS jobs on this host go into SUSPENDED state.

They are SKIPPED at the time of execution. The Skipped Reason is "The grace period expired."

Symptom 2:

Running the root.sh script for the same agent fails and returns error stack:

NmoVerificationResult[output(exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program nmo because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for nmo because:
0509-136 Symbol __setjmp (number 26) is not exported from
dependent module /usr/lib/libc.a[shr_64.o].
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the
'dump -Tv' command.
) error() exitCode(255) statusCode(ERR_UNKNOWN)]

 

gcagent.log has the following entry:
